中文摘要:利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、电子探针和X-射线衍射等方法研究了T92/Super304H异种钢焊接接头的微观组织。结果表明,焊缝金属的基体组织为奥氏体胞状树枝晶,组织中有析出相分布,其主要为M23C6和NbC;Super304H钢侧热影响区的组织亦为奥氏体+析出相,但析出相的种类为NbC、富Cu相和M23C6;而T92钢侧热影响区组织则为回火马氏体+析出相,析出相主要为M23C6,在熔合区两侧没出现明显的增碳脱碳层。
英文摘要:T92/Super304H dissimilar steel welded joint was investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, electron probe micro-analyzer and X-ray diffractometer. Results show that matrix of the welded metal is composed of austenitic cellular dendrite. Precipitates of M23C6 and NbC were also observed in the microstructure of the weld metal. Heat affected zone at the Super304H side consists of austenite and precipitates of NbC, Cu-rich phase and M23C6. Microstructure of the heat affected zone at the T92 side is tempered martensite and precipitates which mainly consists of M23C6. Carbon depleted and/or enriched zone was not detected at both sides of the fusing zone.
