压力表接管焊接处疲劳断裂失效分析

    Failure Analysis on Fatigue Fracture of Welded Area of Pressure Gauge Tube

    • 摘要: 国内某化工厂吸收塔连接管路上的压力表接口管在运行过程中突然断裂,断裂位置为接管焊缝附近。通过化学成分分析、断口的宏观和微观形貌分析、金相组织分析以及基于S-N曲线的疲劳寿命分析,探究了接管断裂的原因。断口上明显的疲劳条纹表明压力表接管的失效为振动导致的疲劳断裂,主管道的振动激励是疲劳产生的原因之一。此外,接管焊缝结构以及焊接形式造成焊缝附近为疲劳敏感区。从提高主管道的介质流动稳定性、改变接管结构尺寸、改变焊缝结构等方面给出预防措施,对防止此类事故再次发生有重大意义。

       

      Abstract: The pressure gauge tube on absorption tower of a domestic chemical factory suddenly broke during operation, and the fracture position was near the tube weld. Through chemical composition analysis, macro-morphology and micromorphology analysis of fracture, metallographic structure analysis and fatigue life analysis based on S-N curve, the reason of tube fracture was explored. The obvious fatigue striation on the fracture surface indicates that the failure of the pressure gauge tube is fatigue fracture caused by vibration, and the vibration excitation of the main tube is one of the reasons for fatigue. In addition, the weld structure and welding form of the tube cause the position near the weld to be fatigue sensitive zone. Preventive measures are given in terms of improving the stability of the medium flow in the main tube, changing the structure size of the gauge tube, changing the structure of the weld seam. It is of great significance in preventing the recurrence of such accidents.
