GH600与CuAgZn异种材料环形件焊接工艺性能研究

    • 摘要: 分别通过钎焊、热等静压扩散焊对GH600+CuAgZn异种材料环形件进行焊接工艺试验,研究不同焊接工艺对焊缝界面、微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,通过添加银基中间层的热等静压扩散焊可以获得结合良好、无冶金缺陷、力学性能优异的焊缝接头;热等静压扩散焊较钎焊可明显提升焊合率,提高焊接强度;添加银基中间层的热等静压扩散焊可有效解决无中间层热等静压扩散焊过程中Cr元素的线性富集和线性缺陷,显著提高接头强度与稳定性。

       

      Abstract: The welding processes of GH600+CuAgZn dissimilar materials ring part were conducted using brazing and hot isostatic pressure(HIP) diffusion welding techniques respectively. The effects of different welding processes on the weld interface, microstructure, and mechanical properties were systematically investigated. The results show that the HIP diffusion welded joint with a silver-based interlayer exhibits good bonding, free of metallurgical defects, and has superior mechanical properties. Compared with brazing, HIP diffusion welding significantly enhances the bonding rate and strength.Moreover, the addition of a silver-based interlayer effectively resolves the linear enrichment and linear defects of the Cr element observed in the HIP diffusion welded joint without an interlayer, thereby significantly improving the strength and stability of the joint.
