退火温度对Fe-18Mn-3Si-3Al TWIP钢晶粒尺寸及晶界特征的影响

    Effects of Annealing Temperature on Grain Size and Grain Boundary Characteristics of Fe-18Mn-3Si-3Al TWIP Steel

    • 摘要: 采用EBSD分析方法研究了不同退火温度条件下Fe-18Mn-3Si-3Al TWIP钢的晶粒尺寸及晶界特征。结果表明,退火温度对晶粒尺寸影响明显。当退火温度低于1050℃时,晶粒分布比较均匀,晶粒尺寸集中在较小尺寸范围。而退火温度超过1050℃时,晶粒尺寸集中在15~35 μm,尺寸跨度较大。随退火温度的升高,Σ3晶界和总的CSL晶界比例的变化趋势相同,呈现先缓慢增加后降低的趋势,并且均在退火温度为950℃时出现峰值。孪晶的形成与晶粒取向密切相关,多数孪晶更倾向于在具有<111>取向的晶粒中形成。

       

      Abstract: The grain size and grain boundary characteristics of Fe-18Mn-3Si-3Al TWIP steel at different annealing temperatures were studied by EBSD method. The results show that, the effect of annealing temperature on grain size is obvious. When the annealing temperature is lower than 1050 ℃, the grain distribution is more uniform, and the grain size is concentrated in a smaller size range.However, when the annealing temperature exceeds 1050 ℃, the grain size is concentrated in 15-35 μm, and the size span is large.With the increase of annealing temperature, the variation trend of Σ3 grain boundary and total CSL grain boundary ratio is the same, which is first increasing then decreasing. The peak value is obtained at annealing temperature of 950 ℃.The formation of twins is closely related to grain orientation, and most twins tend to form in grains with < 111> orientation.
