600MW亚临界机组中调门门盖螺栓断裂原因的分析

    Analysis on Fracture Reasons for Valve Cover Bolt in 600MW Subcritical Unit

    • 摘要: 某600MW亚临界机组中压调门门盖螺栓(材质为20CrMo1VTiB)发生断裂。通过宏观形貌、化学成分、金相组织、SEM形貌及力学性能分析,对螺栓的断裂原因进行研究。结果表明:螺栓在长期高温服役过程中,晶内和晶界处析出的碳化物逐步聚集长大,沿晶界分布的碳化物已初步形成网状,降低了材料的冲击韧性。同时由于螺栓在安装过程中预紧力控制不当以及螺栓应力松弛,加大了螺栓所承受的弯曲应力,最终在应力集中最大的位置即第一道螺纹的根部发生疲劳断裂。在分析螺栓断裂的基础上,提出了相应的建议。

       

      Abstract: The valve cover bolts(20CrMo1VTiB) of a 600 MW subcritical unit fractured. The reasons for bolt fracture were studied by macroscopic morphology, chemical composition, metallographic structure, SEM and mechanical properties test. The results show that the carbides precipitated in the grain and grain boundaries of the bolts gradually accumulate and grow up during long-term high temperature service, and the carbides distributed along the grain boundaries initially form a network, which significantly reduce the impact toughness of the bolts. At the same time, due to improper pre-tightening control and stress relaxation of bolts, the bending stress of the bolts increase, finally, the fatigue fracture occurs at the root of the first thread where the stress concentration is maximum. Based on the analysis of the bolt fracture, the suggestions are put forward.
