激光选区熔化成型金属零件存在的缺陷探讨

摘要: 激光选区熔化技术广泛应用于金属零件的3D打印成型,但是成型过程中不可避免的产生各类缺陷,严重影响零件的性能。介绍了激光选区熔化技术的原理,总结了几种主要缺陷的类型、产生原因以及改善途径,为3D打印金属零件产品质量的改善提供指导。Abstract: The selective laser melting technology is widely used in 3D printing of metal parts. However, various defects inevitably occur in the forming process, which seriously affect the performance of the parts. The principle of selective laser melting technology was briefly introduced. The types of major defects, causes and improvement approaches were summarized, which can provide some guidances for the improvement of the quality of 3D printed metal parts.
