钛合金中亮条、暗斑的形成原因及案例分析

    Forming Reason and Example Analysis for Bright Strip and Dark Spot in Titanium Alloys

    • 摘要: 亮条、暗斑等经常出现于钛合金低倍理化检测中,这些异常组织对锻件的抗疲劳与抗断裂性能有不利影响。对近年来钛合金实际检测中遇到的亮条、暗斑组织进行了总结。归纳出如下三种形成原因:原材料合金元素偏析;热加工导致的异常组织;冷加工导致材料表面过热,并针对这三种主要形成原因提出了合理的解决措施。

       

      Abstract: Bright strip and dark spot always occurs in the macrostructure physicochemical inspection of titanium alloy,which is harmful to the fatigue resistance and fracture resistance. Bright strip and dark spot encountered in actual inspection of titanium alloys in recent years were analyzed, and then three forming reasons were concluded: the elements segregation in titanium alloy ingot; abnormal microstructure caused by improper hot working; surface overheat caused by improper cold working. And the reasonable solutions are put forward in this article according to the three forming reasons.
