长期服役后12% Cr高温螺栓断裂失效分析

    Analysis on Fracture Failure of 12%Cr High Temperature Bolt during Long-time Service

    • 摘要: 采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、显微组织分析、断口形貌及能谱分析等手段,对某电厂3号汽轮机高导法兰12% Cr螺栓断裂进行分析。结果表明,13#断裂螺栓断裂机理以蠕变脆断为主导,腐蚀加速其开裂失效过程。根据高温螺栓断裂原因分析,提出加强对汽轮机各部位高温紧固螺栓金属监督的相关意见。

       

      Abstract: The fracture of 12%Cr bolt of high-conductor flange of No.3 steam turbine in a power plant was analyzed by macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, microstructure analysis, fracture morphology and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the fracture mechanism of 13# fracture bolt is dominated by creep brittle fracture, and the corrosion accelerates the crack failure process. According to the analysis of the fracture causes of high temperature bolt, the relevant opinions on strengthening the supervision of high temperature fastening bolts in various parts of steam turbines are proposed.
