关于某轴流压缩机叶片榫头的失效分析

    Failure Analysis of Dovetail of An Axial Compressor Blade

    • 摘要: 某轴流压缩机试运行过程中因人为操作失误,风量倒灌。检修中经磁粉探伤发现在16级转子中有12片动叶在榫头圆角处产生裂纹,且在榫槽配合面存在着磨损、烧伤痕迹等缺陷。通过显微观察、能谱分析、金相观察及力学性能测试,对缺陷产生的原因进行分析。结果表明:风量倒灌致使叶片振动应力过大,加之叶片材料力学性能未达标准,使得榫头圆角处产生应力集中,从而导致叶片榫头裂纹的萌生;而磨损、烧伤痕迹是叶片异常高频振动导致榫槽配合面出现微动磨损的结果。

       

      Abstract: In the process of trial operation of an axial compressor, the man-made operational errors lead to air backward intrusion in axial compressor. In the inspection process, the magnetic particle inspection found that there were 12 moving blades with cracks on the fillet of dovetail in the 16th rotor and there were some other defects on the matching surface of dovetail and mortise, such as wear prints and burn marks. These defects on the dovetail were analyzed by microscopic morphology, spectrum analysis, metallographic observation and mechanical performance testing to search for the causes of these defects. The results indicate that the excessive vibratory stress in blades caused by air backward intrusion, combining with the substandard mechanical performance of blades, are greatly responsible for the stress concentration on the fillet of dovetail, whith is the main cause for cracks; and the wear prints and burn marks are the consequences of producing fretting wear on the matching surface of dovetail and mortise caused by blades high frequency vibration.
