Zn-Mg-Zr-B中间合金对铸态Mg94Zn2.5Y2.5Mn1合金显微组织和力学性能的影响

    Effect of Zn-Mg-Zr-B Intermediate Alloy on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of As-cast Mg94Zn2.5Y2.5Mn1 Alloy

    • 摘要: 将传统铸造工艺制备出的Zn-Mg-Zr-B中间合金加入到Mg-Y-Zn系长周期镁合金中,探究了Zn-Mg-Zr-B中间合金对铸态Mg94Zn2.5Y2.5Mn1合金显微组织及力学性能的影响,并对其作用机理进行了探讨。结果表明,Zn-Mg-Zr-B中间合金可以有效细化铸态合金的晶粒尺寸,有效促进18R LPSO相的生成。当Zn-Mg-Zr-B中间合金加入量为2wt%时,铸态合金的抗拉强度和伸长率能够分别达到226 MPa和11.5%,性能最优。

       

      Abstract: The Zn-Mg-Zr-B intermediate alloy prepared by traditional casting process was added to Mg-Y-Zn system long period magnesium alloy. The effect of Zn-Mg-Zr-B intermediate alloy on the microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast Mg94Zn2.5Y2.5Mn1 alloy was investigated. The action mechanism was also discussed. The results show that Zn-Mg-Zr-B intermediate alloy can refine the grain size of as-cast alloy and promote the formation of 18R LPSO phase effectively. When the content of Zn-Mg-Zr-B intermediate alloy is 2wt%, the tensile strength and elongation of as-cast alloy can reach 226 MPa and 11.5%, respectively, and the properties are the best.
