TC4钛合金锻造工艺参数的分析及优化

    Analysis and Optimization of Forging Process Parameters of TC4 Titanium Alloy

    • 摘要: 为了解决TC4在锻造过程中易出现裂纹的问题,采用数值模拟对不同锻造工艺参数下变形速率、变形温度以及变形量对锻件损伤值的影响进行研究。结果表明,在变形温度1000℃和变形量50%时,变形速率低于或高于2 mm/s都有助于减小锻件损伤值。通过正交试验中的方差和极差分析,确定了工艺参数对锻件的显著性影响程度,并得出较优的锻造工艺参数为:锻造温度925℃,变形速率1000 mm/s,变形量70%。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of crack in TC4 forging process, the effects of deformation rate, deformation temperature and deformation amount on the damage value of forgings were studied by numerical simulation. The results show that when the deformation temperature is 1000℃ and the deformation amount is 50%, the deformation rate below or above 2 mm/s helps to reduce the damage value of forgings. Through the analysis of variance and range in orthogonal test,the significant influence of process parameters on forgings was determined. The optimum forging process parameters are forging temperature of 925℃, deformation rate of 1000 mm/s and deformation of 70%.
