电弧微铸锻复合增材制造Safra 66铝合金组织及性能的研究
Study on Microstructure and Properties of Safra 66 Al Alloy Manufactured by Arc Micro-casting and Forging Composite Increasing Material

摘要: 利用电弧微铸锻复合增材制造装置直接成形了Safra 66铝合金制件,对电弧自由熔积成形与电弧微铸锻复合成形的Safra 66铝合金的组织特征和力学性能进行测试和分析,对比研究了微铸锻复合成形的断口形貌。结果表明:与自由熔积成形相比,微铸锻复合成形工艺可使Safra 66铝合金的组织更加均匀,晶粒得到整体细化,屈服强度提高31.1%,抗拉强度提高11.3%,伸长率提高20.0%,平均硬度提高15.5%。Abstract: Safra 66 aluminum alloy parts were directly formed by arc micro-casting and forging composite material increasing device. The microstructure and mechanical properties of Safra 66 aluminum alloy formed by arc free melt forming and arc micro-casting and forging were analyzed and tested. The fracture morphology of micro-cast and forging composite forming was studied by contrast. The results show that compared with that of arc free deposition forming, the microstructure of Safra 66 aluminum alloy is more uniform, the grain size is refined, the yield strength is increased by 31.1%, the tensile strength is increased by 11.3%, the elongation is increased by 20.0%, and the average hardness is increased by 15.5%.
