    Effect of Al Content on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Mn-Al TRIP Steel

    • 摘要: 设计了两种不同Al含量的δ-TRIP钢(Fe-10Mn-4Al-0.4C、Fe-10Mn-6Al-0.4C)。通过OM、EBSD等研究了Al含量对δ-TRIP钢组织结构及相含量的影响。结果表明:当Al元素含量由4%提高到6%时,组织中出现大量δ铁素体,整体晶粒尺寸变大;且铸态和热轧态组织中铁素体含量都有所上升,奥氏体含量有所下降。热轧后晶粒尺寸较铸态有了明显细化,随着Al含量的增加,强度和伸长率都有所增加,综合性能强塑积较铸态有大幅提升,最高达到15.64 GPa·%

       

      Abstract: Two kinds of δ-TRIP steels with different Al contents(Fe-10Mn-4Al-0.4C, Fe-10Mn-6Al-0.4C) were designed. The effects of Al content on the microstructure and phase content of δ-TRIP steel were studied by OM and EBSD techniques. The resuls show that when the content of Al increases from 4 % to 6 %, a large amount of δ ferrite appear in the structure, the overall grain size becomes larger, the ferrite content in the as-cast and hot-rolled microstructure increases, and the austenite content decreases. After hot rolling, the grain size is significantly thinner than that of as-cast steel, with the increase of Al content, the strength and elongation increase, and the comprehensive performance of the plastic product greatly improves compared with that of the as-cast steel, reaching a maximum of 15.64 GPa·%.
