疏浚船用高强高韧铸造锁圈的热处理工艺研究

    Research on Heat Treatment Technology of High Strength and High Toughness Casting Lock Ring for Dredging Ship

    • 摘要: 锁圈用于疏浚船管道对接,是管道接口处的关键部件,其承受较大的载荷,对材料的强韧性要求高。对一种疏浚船用高强高韧铸造锁圈用钢进行了热处理工艺研究。结果表明:在淬火温度890℃时,随回火温度的升高,试验钢的强度降低,断后伸长率升高。经890℃水淬、620℃回火后的组织为回火马氏体,硬度和冲击功分别为34 HRC和29 J,材料强韧性配合较好。

       

      Abstract: The lock ring is the key component at the pipeline interface of dredging ship, which bears a large load and requires high strength and toughness of the material. The heat treatment technology of a kind of steel for high strength and high toughness casting lock ring for dredged marine was studied.The results show that when the quenching temperature is 890 ℃, the strength of the test steel decreases and the elongation after break increases with the increase of tempering temperature.After water quenching at 890 ℃and tempering at 620 ℃, the microstructure is tempered martensite, and the hardness and impact work are 34 HRC and 29 J, respectively, the strength and toughness of the material are well matched.
