我国金属热处理技术发展问题分析及对策研究

    • 摘要: 全球智能制造技术及其应用已进入快速发展阶段,金属热处理是机械制造中的核心技术之一,其技术发展现状已经成为产业分析的关键。基于专利数据,综述了我国和全球范围内金属热处理技术的专利申请趋势、申请人类型,采用社会网络,重点分析了多个国家在该领域技术布局、核心技术和生命周期。分析发现,目前我国金属热处理技术主要掌握在高校和研究所手中,市场化程度较低,企业技术水平落后,我国企业处于核心设备技术缺失时期,技术主要集中在基础制造工艺中,缺乏核心竞争力。最后,对我国相关企业发展提出了对策和建议,希望为更好地促进我国制造业的健康发展提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Global intelligent manufacturing technology and its application have entered a stage of rapid development.Metal heat treatment is one of the core technologies in mechanical manufacturing, and its technical development status has become the key to industrial analysis. Based on the patent data. The trend of patent application for metal heat treatment technology in China and the world and the types of applicants were summarized. Using social network, the technical layout,core technology and life cycle of many countries in this field were focused on. It is found that at present, the metal heat treatment technology in China is mainly in the hands of colleges and research institutes, the degree of marketization is low,and the technical level of enterprises is backward. In the absence of core equipment technology, Chinese enterprises mainly focus on basic manufacturing process and lack core competitiveness. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of related enterprises in China, hoping to provide reference for promoting the healthy development of manufacturing industry in China.
