锻压温度对挤锻复合成形AZ80-CeTi镁合金性能的影响

    Effect of Forging Temperature on Properties of AZ80-CeTi Magnesium Alloy by Extrusion-Forging Composite Forming

    • 摘要: 采用不同的锻压温度进行了汽车用AZ80-CeTi镁合金试样的挤锻复合成形,并进行了拉伸性能及冲击性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随锻压温度的升高,挤锻复合成形试样的抗拉强度、屈服强度、冲击吸收功均先逐渐增大后缓慢减小,断后伸长率先减小后增大。和320℃锻压的结果相比,380℃锻压温度下的抗拉强度、屈服强度、冲击吸收功分别增大了32 MPa、35 MPa、3.2 J,断后伸长率仅减小1.4%。挤锻复合成形AZ80-CeTi镁合金试样的锻压温度优选380℃。

       

      Abstract: The extrusion-forging composite forming of AZ80-CeTi magnesium alloy for automobile was carried out at different forging temperatures, and the tensile and impact properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of forging temperature, the tensile strength, yield strength and impact absorbing energy of extrusion-forging composite forming specimens increase gradually first and then decrease slowly, the elongation decreases first and then increases. Compared with those of the forging temperature at 320 ℃, the tensile strength, yield strength and impact absorbing energy at 380 ℃ increase by 32 MPa, 35 MPa and 3.2 J, respectively, and the elongation decreases by only 1.4%. The optimum forging temperature of AZ80-CeTi magnesium alloy specimens by extrusion-forging composite forming is 380℃.
