Abstract:
In order to obtain the wear-resistant steel with good comprehensive properties and low cost, Fe-C-B alloy was heat treated by quenching-tempering(Q-T)and quenching-distribution(Q-P)processes, respectively.The results show that the comprehensive properties of the samples treated by Q-P process are better than those by Q-T process.The impact toughness of the alloy is increased by 18.9%with the Q-T process. The matrix composed of lath martensite and sheet retained austenite is obtained by using the alloy treated by Q-P process. The sheet retained austenite has an important effect on improving the impact properties of Fe-C-B alloy, and the impact properties of the alloy have been increased by 50.9%
