镀层中Fe含量对热镀锌钢丝湿拉行为的影响

    Effect of Fe Content in Coating on Wet Drawing Behavior of Hot-dip Galvanized Steel Wire

    • 摘要: 针对热镀锌后钢丝湿拉过程中加快模具磨损的现象,采用扫描电镜-能谱仪对比分析了两组不同的热镀锌钢丝,研究了镀层中的Fe含量对钢丝湿拉行为的影响。研究发现,热浸镀锌后钢丝表面的Fe含量控制在7.0wt%以下为宜。此时,镀层表面为ζ相或Zn+ζ两相组成,钢丝的湿拉容易进行。当镀锌层表面的Fe含量大于7.0wt%时,镀层表面为δ相,加快了镀后湿拉时模具磨损,并产生粘模、断丝现象。在生产过程中,需要通过调整走线速度和抹丝工艺,优化镀层中的Fe含量,以便进行湿拉生产,获得质量优良的热镀锌钢丝产品。

       

      Abstract: In view of the phenomenon of accelerating die wear during wet drawing of steel wire after hot dip galvanization, two different groups of hot dip galvanized steel wire were compared and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). The effect of Fe content in coating on wet drawing behavior of steel wire was studied. It is found that the content of Fe on the surface of steel wire should be controlled below 7.0wt% after hot dip galvanization. At this time, the surface of the coating is composed of ζ phase or Zn+ζ phase. Wet drawing of steel wire is easy to carry out. When the Fe content on the surface of galvanized layer is more than 7.0wt%, the surface of the coating is δ phase, and it accelerates the die wear after wet drawing, and produces adhesive die and broken wire phenomenon. In the production process, the Fe content in the plating layer needs to be optimized by adjusting the line speed and the wire coating process, in order to carry out wet drawing production, obtain good quality hot-dip galvanized steel wire products.
