铝镁石墨烯镀层的制取与检测

    Preparation and Detection of Graphene Coating on Aluminum Magnesium

    • 摘要: 采取AlCl3+LiAlH4的THF-C6H6的电镀方案,制取铝镁石墨烯镀层。用SPSS软件设计正交试验方案,在显微硬度仪和摩擦试验仪下分别检测两项指标,从而获得石墨烯含量、电流值、转速、电镀时长这四项工艺参数的优选值。最后进行一系列光谱检测,表征石墨烯的存在、镀层元素共沉积等。

       

      Abstract: AlCl3+LiAlH4 THF-C6H6 electroplating scheme was adopted to prepare graphene coating on Al-Mg. The orthogonal test scheme was designed by SPSS software, and two indexes were tested under microhardness tester and friction tester, respectively. The optimum parameters of graphene content, current value, rotational speed and plating time were obtained. Finally, a series of spectroscopic measurement were carried out to characterize the existence of graphene, the co-deposition of elements in the coating.
