Abstract:
The object of the experiment is the Finemet alloy(Fe
73.5Si
13.5B
9Cu
1Nb
3), which is widely used at present. In order to improve the soft magnetic properties of Fe
73.5Si
13.5B
9Cu
1Nb
3 alloy, the vacuum annealing heat treatment test was carried out at 510-540 ℃. X-ray diffraction(XRD), vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) and nanoindentation method were used to study the effects of annealing temperature on microstructure, soft magnetic properties and nanoindentation mechanical behavior of alloy strips. The results show that after vacuum annealing, the Fe
73.5Si
13.5B
9Cu
1Nb
3 alloy strip produces nanocrystals in the substrate. The size and degree of nanocrystalline increase with the increase of annealing temperature, and its hysteretic loop becomes flat. With the increase of annealing temperature, the creep variable of alloy strip decreases gradually, but the hardness value increases gradually.
