热处理工艺对GH4169高温合金锻件组织与力学性能的影响

    Effects of Heat Treatment Process on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of GH4169 Superalloy Forgings

    • 摘要: 分析了固溶和时效热处理工艺对GH4169高温合金锻件组织和室温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,锻件固溶加热时间过长或重复固溶将降低室温拉伸性能。锻件经正常时效后,强化相已充分析出,延长620℃保温时间还可补充析出少量强化相,使强度提高。δ相的形态和数量影响锻件的室温拉伸性能,尤其影响合金的屈服强度。固溶热处理加热过程对锻件组织中δ相的溶解和析出有影响,进而对其力学性能产生影响。本研究结果可为合理制定GH4169合金锻件热处理工艺、改善组织与性能提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The effects of solution and aging heat treatment processes on the microstructure and room temperature tensile properties of GH4169 superalloy forgings were analyzed. The results show that the heating time of the forging solution is too long or the repeated solution reduces the room temperature tensile performance. The forgings have been fully precipitated after normal aging. Prolonging the holding time at 620 ℃ can also supplement the precipitation of a small amount of enhanced phase, so that the strength can be improved. The morphology and quantity of delta phase affect the tensile properties of forgings at room temperature, especially the yield strength of the alloy. The heating process of solid solution heat treatment has an effect on the dissolution and precipitation of δ phase in the microstructure of forgings, and then on their mechanical properties. The results of this study can provide a reference for rational formulation of heat treatment process, improvement of microstructure and properties of GH4169 alloy forgings.
