分步冷压对7050铝合金T形锻件残余应力的影响

    Influence of Sectional Cold Pressing on Residual Stress of 7050 Aluminum Alloy T-shaped Forgings

    • 摘要: 采用有限元法研究了分步冷压对7050铝合金T形锻件淬火残余应力的影响,分析了冷压后锻件残余应力的分布规律,分析了摩擦系数对应力消减效果的影响。结果表明:T形锻件淬火残余应力呈“外压内拉”分布,筋条部位压应力达到-250 MPa,拉应力达到220 MPa,翼板部位压应力达到-250 MPa,拉应力达到210 MPa;冷压后,淬火残余应力大幅下降,锻件大部分区域残余应力分布在-50~50MPa范围。当摩擦系数为0.3时,锻件冷压后残余应力平均消减率最高,达到63%,T形锻件整体残余应力均值和方差最小,整体应力分布更为均匀。

       

      Abstract: The influence of sectional cold pressing on the quenching residual stress of 7050 aluminum alloy T-shaped forgings was studied by finite element method. The distribution of residual stress after cold pressing was analyzed, and the effect of friction coefficient on stress reduction was analyzed. The results show that quenching residual stress in the T-shaped forging present "external compression stress-internal tensile stress" distribution. The compressive stress of the rib site reaches-250 MPa,the tensile stress reaches 220 MPa; the compressive stress of the wing plate reaches-250 MPa, and the tensile stress reaches 210MPa. After cold pressing, the quenching residual stress is greatly reduced, the residual stress distribution in most regions of forgings is from-50MPa to 50 MPa. When the friction coefficient is 0.3, the average reduction rate of residual stress of forgings after cold compression is the highest, which reaches 63%; the mean and variance of the overall residual stress of T-shaped forgings are the smallest, and the overall stress distribution is more uniform.
