2205双相不锈钢双丝CMT焊接工艺与焊缝组织特征研究

    Study on Twin-Wire CMT Welding Process and Weld Microstructure of 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 在5 mm厚度的2205双相不锈钢板上,采用药芯焊丝双丝CMT焊接技术进行堆焊试验,对不同工艺参数下的焊缝形貌进行分析。在堆焊的工艺基础上选取前丝脉冲电流271 A,后丝冷金属过渡复合脉冲电流200 A的焊接参数进行45°和60°坡口对接焊。结果表明:堆焊焊缝的熔宽随着前丝电流的增大变化明显,而熔深和余高则变化不大,热影响区的硬度高于母材和焊缝区的。对接焊接头焊缝区可见三种不同形态的奥氏体相,其中奥氏体体含量在40%~60%,满足焊接要求。从显微组织可看出60°坡口较45°坡口焊缝晶粒尺寸均匀细小。

       

      Abstract: The flux cored wire CMT welding technology was used to weld on 2205 duplex stainless steel with 5 mm thickness, and the weld morphology under different process parameters was analyzed. Based on the surfacing process, the welding parameters of front wire pulse current of 271A and rear wire cold metal transition composite pulse current of 200 A were selected for 45° and 60° groove butt welding. The results show that the weld width changes obviously with the increase of front wire current, while the weld depth and reinforcement change little, and the hardness of heat affected zone is higher than that of base metal and weld zone. There are three kinds of austenite phases in the weld area of butt welded joint, and the content of austenite is 40%-60%, which meets the welding requirements. It can be seen from the microstructure that the grain size of 60° groove is smaller than that of 45° groove.
