工艺参数对搅拌摩擦焊制备泡沫铝的影响规律研究

    Effect of Process Parameters on Aluminum Foam Prepared by Friction Stir Welding

    • 摘要: 目前传统制备泡沫铝复杂成型件的方法是在预制体发泡后再进行成型,由于预制体发泡后温度降低,会造成成型缺陷。先使用不同参数进行搅拌摩擦焊制备泡沫铝预制体,然后对预制体进行680℃不同保温时间的发泡试验,总结出工艺参数对搅拌摩擦焊制备泡沫铝的影响规律。对使用最佳焊接参数制备的预制体进行热拉伸试验以确定其最佳热成型参数。结果表明,焊缝间距3mm、焊速50 mm/min、转速2000 r/min为最佳的焊接参数,最佳发泡参数为680℃保温110 s。450℃、2 mm/min热拉伸时预制体有优良的热成型能力,伸长率可达到46.20%。使用搅拌摩擦焊制备预制体,然后对预制体先热成型再发泡或许可以成为一种制备泡沫铝复杂异形件的新方法。

       

      Abstract: At present, the traditional method of preparing aluminum foam complex forming parts is forming after foaming of the preform. Because the temperature of the preform after foaming decreases, the forming defects will be caused. Firstly, the aluminum foam preform was prepared by friction stir welding with different parameters, then the foaming tests of the preform at 680℃ for different holding time were carried out. The influence of process parameters on the preparation of aluminum foam by friction stir welding was summarized. Thermal tensile tests was carried out for the preform prepared with the best welding parameters to determine the best thermal forming parameters. The results show that the weld spacing of 3 mm, the welding speed of 50 mm/min and the rotational speed of 2000 r/min are the best welding parameters, and the best foaming parameters are 680℃ heat preservation for 110 s. The preform has excellent thermoforming ability and the elongation can reach 46.20%at 450℃ and 2 mm/min thermal stretching. Using friction stir welding to prepare the preform and then hot forming and foaming the preform may be a new way to prepare aluminum foam complex special-shaped parts.
