粉煤灰在熔模铸造背层涂料中的应用研究

摘要: 研究了以粉煤灰为背层粉料、硅酸乙酯为粘结剂、煤矸砂为砂料的熔模铸造工艺。对涂料粘度、悬浮性、凝固时间以及型壳强度等性能进行了测试,得出了涂料粉液比和催化剂对涂料性能的影响规律,优化了涂料配比。试验证明,粉煤灰作为熔模铸造背层材料是可行的。Abstract: The technology of investment casting with fly ash as back layer powder, ethyl silicate as binder and coal gangue sand as sanding material was studied. The properties of coating viscosity, suspension, solidification time and shell strength were tested. The influence of powder-liquid ratio and catalyst on the properties of the coatings was obtained and the ratio of the coatings was optimized. The test proves that fly ash is feasible as the back layer material of investment casting.
