锆锭的电子束熔炼提纯研究

    Study on Zirconium Ingot Purified by Electron Beam Melting

    • 摘要: 研究了锆的电子束熔炼提纯,对锆中非间隙杂质和间隙杂质的电子束熔炼提纯效果进行了分析。结果表明:电子束熔炼锆可以有效地提纯Fe、Cr、Al,在原料杂质含量水平下经过两次电子束熔炼,Fe、Cr、Al去除率分别约为69.3%、71.4%、61.5%;电子束熔炼锆时O元素在一次熔炼会增加,二次熔炼锭(EB2)比一次熔炼锭(EB1)降低约4.2×10-5,但电子束熔炼对原料中氧提纯作用微弱;电子束熔炼锆时,C元素不可提纯,反而会升高。

       

      Abstract: The electron beam melting purification of zirconium was studied, and the purification effect of electron beam melting of non-gap impurities and interstitial impurities in zirconium was analyzed. The results show that Fe, Cr and Al can be effectively purified by electron beam melting zirconium, and at the level of impurity content of raw materials, the removal rate of Fe, Cr and Al by electron beam melting is about 69.3%, 71.4% and 61.5% respectively. When zirconium is melted by electron beam, the O element increases in primary melting. The secondary melting ingot(EB2) is about 4.2 ×10-5 lower than that of primary melting ingot(EB1), but electron beam melting has a weak effect on oxygen purification. When zirconium is melted by electron beam, the C element can not be purified but rise.
