20圆钢表面裂纹形成原因分析

    Cause Analysis of Surface Crack of 20 Round Steel

    • 摘要: 为了分析20圆钢表面裂纹产生的原因,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪、酸洗检验对材料裂纹处进行了金相组织、显微形貌、裂纹成分及低倍形貌分析。结果表明:该20圆钢表面裂纹是由于铸坯存在皮下气泡缺陷,在轧制前经加热后气泡暴露,后续在轧制过程中发生破裂及扩展所致。

       

      Abstract: In order to analyze the causes of surface cracks of 20 round steel, the metallographic microstructure,micro-morphology, crack composition and low-power morphology of the cracks were analyzed by means of metallographic microscope, SEM, EDS and acid pickling inspection. The results show that the surface crack of the 20 round steel is caused by the presence of subcutaneous bubble defect in the casting billet, which is exposed after the heating before rolling, and the subsequent cracking and expansion in the rolling process.
