淬火温度对50CrVA钢组织和力学性能的影响

    Effects of Quenching Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 50CrVA Steel

    • 摘要: 通过对50CrVA钢进行不同温度淬火+450℃的回火处理,利用显微组织观察、拉伸试验和冲击试验研究了淬火温度对其显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,经860~940℃淬火并450℃回火后,50CrVA钢的显微组织均为回火屈氏体。在860~940℃淬火温度范围内,随着淬火温度的升高,50CrVA钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率均先增加后降低,并在920℃达到最大值,冲击功则呈相反的变化趋势。当淬火温度为920℃、回火温度为450℃时,50CrVA钢的综合力学性能最佳,此时的屈服强度为1417 MPa,抗拉强度为1535 MPa,伸长率为12.2%,冲击功为21 J。

       

      Abstract: 50CrVA steel was subjected to different temperatures quenching and subsequent tempering of 450 ℃, the effects of quenching temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 50CrVA steel were investigated by microstructure observation, tensile test and impact test. The results show that all microstructure of 50CrVA steel is tempered troostite after quenching at 860-940 ℃and tempering at 450 ℃. At quenching temperature range of 860-940 ℃, the yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of 50CrVA steel all first increase and then decrease, and they achieve maximum value at quenching temperature of 920 ℃, while the impact energy shows the opposite trend.When quenching temperature is 920 ℃and tempering temperature is 450 ℃, 50CrVA steel has the best comprehensive mechanical properties, and the yield strength, tensile strength, elongation and impact energy are 1417 MPa, 1535 MPa, 12.2%and 21 J, respectively.
