大焊接热循环条件下Nb含量对Mg处理钢CGHAZ组织和性能的影响

    Effect of Nb on Microstructure and Property of CGHAZ of Mg-treated Steel at Large Welding Thermal Cycle Conditions

    • 摘要: 利用热模拟试验机、扫描电镜、冲击试验等设备和方法研究了不同Nb含量对Mg处理钢热影响区组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在300 kJ/cm焊接热输入量下,随Nb含量增加,粗晶热影响区的原奥氏体晶粒尺寸减小,晶界铁素体和块状M/A组元比例增加;粗晶热影响区的-40℃冲击功值下降,但硬度值逐渐增加。

       

      Abstract: The effect of Nb on the microstructure and property of simulated coarse-grained heat affected zone(CGHAZ)of Mg-treated steel was analyzed by thermal simulation tester, scanning electron microscope, impact toughness test. The results show that under the welding heat input of 300 kJ/cm, with the Nb content increasing, the orginal austenite grain size of CGHAZ decreases, and the fraction of grain boundary ferrite and blocky M/A constituents increases; the impact toughness of the CGHAZ decreases, while the hardness increases.
