TB9钛合金弹簧制造工艺研究

    Research on Manufacturing Technology of TB9 Titanium Alloy Spring

    • 摘要: 采用φ2.2 mm直径的丝材制造TB9合金弹簧,以替代Ⅱ(70)、65Si2MnWA钢制弹簧零件,实现其耐蚀性,提高使用寿命。研究了TB9钛合金弹簧制造的工艺流程,进行550℃×8 h的时效处理试验。对荧光检测后的弹簧采用ASH280铸钢丸,喷丸强度为0.15~0.25 mm A,喷丸覆盖率为100%。设计了专用工装,解决了弯制耳钩和荧光检查时的技术难点。研究表明,工艺流程可以固化并应用于实际生产,时效处理制度可以满足力学性能要求;从金相组织来看,时效后在等轴β相中均匀弥散析出α相,未见α层等表面污染层,喷丸处理后弹簧使用寿命可以达到10×25000次,实现预期的效果。

       

      Abstract: TB9 alloy spring was made of wire material with φ2.2 mm diameter to replace steel spring parts II(70), 65Si2MnWA steel to achieve its corrosion resistance and improve service life. The process of TB9 titanium alloy spring manufacture was studied and the aging treatment test of 550 ℃×8 h was carried out. ASH280 cast steel pellets were used for the spring after fluorescence detection, the shot peening strength was 0.15-0.25 mm A, the shot peening coverage was 100%.The special tooling was designed to solve the technical difficulties of bending ear hook and fluorescence inspection. The results show that the process flow can be cured and applied to actual production, and the aging treatment system can meet the requirements of mechanical properties. The metallographic structure shows that the α phase is dispersed uniformly in the equiaxed β phase after aging, and no α layer is found. After shot peening treatment, the spring service life can reach 10×25000 times and achieve the expected effect.
