淬火介质表面换热系数的计算方法与应用

    Calculation Method and Application of Surface Heat Transfer Coefficient of Quenching Medium

    • 摘要: 表面换热系数是淬火过程数值模拟中的关键参数。淬火介质下的表面换热系数是大型风电主轴42CrMo4钢淬火过程模拟的重要边界条件之一,也是评定淬火介质冷却能力的主要参数。结合试验测得不同介质(水、油)的冷却曲线,通过研究对比反传热法、数值法和比拟法,测定了42CrMo4钢不同淬火介质下的表面换热系数。对比淬火模拟和相同条件下的试验,结果表明,采用反传热法获得的模拟边界条件精度高,其计算值与实测结果吻合较好。

       

      Abstract: Surface heat transfer coefficient is the key parameter in numerical simulation of quenching process.Surface heat transfer coefficient under quenching medium is one of the important boundary conditions for steel quenching process simulation of 42 CrMo4 steel large wind power spindle, and it is also the main parameter to evaluate the cooling capacity of quenching medium.The cooling curves of different media (water, oil) were measured by combined test.By comparing the inverse heat transfer method, numerical method and analogy method, the surface heat transfer coefficient of 42 CrMo4 steel under different quenching media was determined.Compared with the quenching simulation and the test under the same conditions, the results show that the simulated boundary conditions obtained by reverse heat transfer method have high accuracy, and the calculated values are in good agreement with the measured results.
