钼含量对Cr3B7Mox合金化涂层组织及性能的影响

    Effects of Mo Content on Microstructure and Properties of Cr3B7MoX Alloy Coating

    • 摘要: 采用激光合金化技术,在45钢基体上制备了Cr3B7Mox合金化涂层,研究了钼含量对涂层的组织及性能的影响。结果表明:涂层组织为Fe-Cr、Fe2B、Fe-Mo、CrxFey相;随着钼含量的增加,涂层底部的组织由粗大的胞柱状晶向细小的胞状晶转变,涂层心部的组织由粗大的柱状晶转变为树枝状的多边形枝晶,涂层表层的组织由胞状晶转变为多边形的细小等轴晶;涂层的硬度呈下降趋势;涂层的磨损率先减后增,并且其耐磨性最好,为0.72×10-14 m3/(N·m)。涂层的磨损机理为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损结合的形式。

       

      Abstract: Using laser alloying technology, Cr3B7Mox alloy composite coating was prepared on the 45 steel substrate.The results show that the coating structure is Fe-Cr, Fe2B, Fe-Mo, and CrxFey phase.With the increase of Mo content, the microstructure at the bottom of the coating changes from coarse cell-like crystals to fine cell-like crystals, the microstructure of the core of the coating changes from coarse columnar crystals to dendritic polygonal dendrites, and the microstructure of the coating surface layer changes from cell-like crystals to polygonal fine equiaxed crystals.The hardness of the coating show a decreasing trend.The wear of the coating decreases first and then increases, and its wear resistance is the best, which is 0.72×10-14 m3/(N·m).The wear mechanism of the coating is the combination of adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
