Abstract: For the he at treatment of many kinds of small batch products, taking a ship supporting enterprise as an example, the measures of energy saving and emission reduction of heat treatment were expounded from the aspects of establishing design material selection standard, design requirement standardization, heat treatment equipment selection standardization, heat and cold process coordination standardization, heat treatment process innovation and generalization, establishment of group batch production management standard and establishment of heat treatment quality control standard, etc. These measures after the practice test, the performance is remarkable, which expect to give everybody beneficial enlightenment.
