低合金耐磨钢回火工艺研究

    Study on Tempering Process of Low Alloy Wear-resistant Steel

    • 摘要: 对低合金耐磨钢进行了860℃淬火+360~480℃不同温度的回火处理,采用硬度测试、冲击试验、磨损试验、显微组织观察及断口形貌分析,研究了不同温度回火对低合金耐磨钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明:随着回火温度的升高,试验钢的硬度逐渐下降,冲击韧性、磨损失重逐渐升高,晶粒越来越均匀细小,马氏体板条形貌越来越不明显。回火温度从400℃升高到440℃,试验钢的冲击韧性提升明显。400℃回火试验钢断裂形式为脆韧性混合断裂,440℃回火试验钢断裂形式为韧性断裂。

       

      Abstract: The low alloy wear-resistant steel was quenched at 860 ℃ and tempered at 360 -480 ℃ at different temperatures.The effects of different tempering temperatures on the microstructure and properties of low alloy wear-resistant steel were studied by hardness test, impact test, wear test, microstructure observation and fracture morphology analysis. The results show that with the increases of tempering temperature, the hardness of the test steel decreases gradually, the impact toughness and wear loss weight increase gradually, the grain size is more and more uniform and fine, and the morphology of martensite lath is less and less obvious.The tempering temperature increases from 400 ℃ to 440 ℃, and the impact toughness of the test steel increases obviously. The fracture mode of tempering test steel at 400 ℃ is brittle ductile mixed fracture, and the tempering test steel at 440 ℃ is ductile fracture.
