Abstract:
The low alloy wear-resistant steel was quenched at 860 ℃ and tempered at 360 -480 ℃ at different temperatures.The effects of different tempering temperatures on the microstructure and properties of low alloy wear-resistant steel were studied by hardness test, impact test, wear test, microstructure observation and fracture morphology analysis. The results show that with the increases of tempering temperature, the hardness of the test steel decreases gradually, the impact toughness and wear loss weight increase gradually, the grain size is more and more uniform and fine, and the morphology of martensite lath is less and less obvious.The tempering temperature increases from 400 ℃ to 440 ℃, and the impact toughness of the test steel increases obviously. The fracture mode of tempering test steel at 400 ℃ is brittle ductile mixed fracture, and the tempering test steel at 440 ℃ is ductile fracture.
