600MPa级中温卷取型热轧双相车轮钢TMCP工艺及性能

    TMCP Process and Properties of 600MPa Grade Hot-rolled Dual-phase Wheel Steel in Medium Temperature Coiling

    • 摘要: 基于C-Mn-Mo-Nb成分体系,采用轧后两段冷却及中温卷取工艺在1780热连轧生产线成功进行了600MPa级热轧双相车轮钢的工业试制,并对试验钢进行了组织和力学性能分析。结果表明:试验钢具有良好的力学性能,其屈服强度达到464.8 MPa,抗拉强度达到697 MPa,屈强比0.67,伸长率达到21.5%,在-70~20℃温度范围内冲击功均≥80 J,最大扩孔率达到90%以上。加入少量的Nb可细化奥氏体晶粒,有效弥补Mo含量降低带来的奥氏体稳定性降低。

       

      Abstract: Based on C-Mn-Mo-Nb composition system, the industrial trial production of 600 MPa grade hot-rolled dual phase steel for wheels was successfully carried out in 1780 hot continuous rolling line by two-stage cooling and medium temperature coiling process. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steel were analyzed. The results show that the test steel has good mechanical properties, its yield strength reaches 464.8 MPa, tensile strength reaches 697 MPa, the ratio of yield strength to tensile strength is 0.67, the elongation reaches 21.5%, and the impact work is above 80 J in the temperature from-70℃ to 20℃, and the maximum reaming rate is over 90%. The austenite grain can be refined by adding a small amount of Nb, which can effectively compensate for the decrease of austenite stability caused by the decrease of Mo content.
