6A超级双相不锈钢离心泵体铸造及焊接工艺分析

    Analysis of Casting and Welding Process of Centrifugal Pump Body of 6A Super Duplex Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 介绍了6A超级双相不锈钢泵铸件的生产难点,并分析了铸造的关键技术,包括冶炼和成分控制、铸造工艺、热处理工艺、焊接工艺。采取合适的工艺措施后,成功获得了铸件一次性PT(渗透检测)检测合格的超级双相不锈钢6A铸件,其化学成分、力学性能均满足ASTM标准要求。同时研究了不锈钢6A焊接工艺,探索出适宜的焊接参数,焊接接头的各项性能均满足要求。

       

      Abstract: The production difficulties of super duplex stainless steel 6A pump castings were introduced, and the key technologies of the casting were analyzed, including smelting and composition control, casting process, heat treatment process and welding process. After adopting appropriate technological measures, the qualified super duplex stainless steel 6A castings were successfully obtained. The castings tested by a full-piece one-time PT(penetration test) was qualified, and their chemical composition and mechanical properties met the requirements of ASTM standard. At the same time, the welding process of 6A stainless steel was studied, and the suitable welding parameters were found, and the mechanical properties of the welded joint met the requirements.
