冷轧HC340LA低合金高强钢的连续退火工艺研究

    Study on Continuous Annealing Process of Cold-rolled HC340LA Low Alloy High Strength Steel

    • 摘要: 根据汽车用冷轧高强低合金钢HC340LA的产品技术要求,进行钢的合金体系设计。在实验室开展了再结晶温度实验,根据实验结果制定工业化生产方案,并在生产现场进行连续退火工艺研究。对工业化生产的产品进行显微组织分析和力学性能检测,确定了汽车用冷轧低合金高强钢HC340LA产品的最佳退火工艺。结果表明,钢的退火再结晶温度为675℃,工业化生产退火温度为780℃。

       

      Abstract: According to the technical requirements of cold-rolled high strength low alloy steel HC340LA for automobile,the alloy system design of the steel was carried out. The recrystallization temperature experiment was carried out in the laboratory. According to the experimental results, the industrial production program was established, and the continuous annealing process was studied in the production site. The microstructure analysis and mechanical properties testing of the products produced in industrial production were carried out, and the best annealing process for automotive cold rolled low alloy high strength steel HC340LA products was determined. The results show that the annealing recrystallization temperature of the steel is 675℃, and the industrial production anneling temperature is 780℃.
