浇注温度对K438高温合金组织和力学性能的影响

    Effect of Pouring Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of K438 Superalloy

    • 摘要: 通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸试验研究了不同浇注温度下的K438合金试样组织和力学性能。结果表明:1 450℃浇注后,合金中碳化物以块状和长条状为主;1410℃浇注后,合金中碳化物以块状为主。随着浇注温度的降低,室温抗拉强度和屈服强度由991 MPa和922 MPa升高至1006 MPa和936 MPa,伸长率和断面收缩率由5.0%和15.3%降低至4.0%和7.5%,而650℃高温抗拉强度和屈服强度由982 MPa和657 MPa升高至1075 MPa和849 MPa,伸长率和断面收缩率由10.1%和21.9%降低至8.8%和10.5%。

       

      Abstract: The microstructure and mechanical properties of K438 alloy samples at different pouring temperatures were studied by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and tensile test. The results show that when pouring temperature is 1450℃, the carbides in the alloy is mainly block and strip-like shape; when the pouring temperature is1410℃, the carbides in the alloy is mainly block-like shape. With the decrease of pouring temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength increase from 991 MPa and 922 MPa to 1006 MPa and 936 MPa, and the percentage elongation and reduction of area decrease from 5.0% and 15.3% to 4.0% and 7.5% at room temperature. When the tensile test temperature is 650℃, the tensile strength and yield strength increase from 982 MPa and 657 MPa to 1075 MPa and 849 MPa, and the percentage elongation and reduction of area decrease from 10.1% and 21.9% to 8.8% and 10.5%.
