316L不锈钢双极板激光焊接工艺研究

    Study on Laser Welding Process of 316L Stainless Steel Bipolar Plate

    • 摘要: 0.1 mm厚316L不锈钢薄板主要用于制作氢燃料电池的主要部件双极板。在其制作过程中,需要进行薄板搭接焊。采用单模光纤激光焊对0.1 mm厚316L不锈钢双极板进行搭接焊工艺研究,观察焊接接头正面以及截面组织形貌,并分析不同工艺参数对焊缝成形以及接头力学性能的影响。结果表明,焊缝表面质量良好,焊接接头可达到熔透连接,焊缝的熔深和熔宽与激光功率成正比,与焊接速度成反比;在熔透连接的情况下,焊缝强度满足双极板的强度要求。焊接接头显微硬度呈"M"型分布。

       

      Abstract: 0.1 mm thick 316L stainless steel plate is mainly used for manufacture of bipolar plate, the main component of hydrogen fuel cell. In the manufacture process, it is necessary for lap welding of the sheet. The lap welding of 0.1mm thick 316L stainless steel bipolar plate was carried out by the single-mode fiber laser welding technology. The morphology of the front and section of the welded joint was observed, and the influence of different process parameters on the weld forming and the mechanical properties of the welded joint were analyzed. The results show that the weld surface quality is good, the welded joint can achieve penetration connection; the weld depth and weld width are directly proportional to the laser power and inversely proportional to the welding speed. In the case of penetration connection, the strength of the weld meets the strength requirements of the bipolar plate. The microhardness of the welded joint is distributed in M type.
