14 mm厚的700L汽车大梁钢热轧卷强度不合格的原因分析

    Cause Analysis of Unqualified Strength of Hot Rolled Coil with 14 mm Thickness for 700L Automobile Beam Steel

    • 摘要: 为了解决14 mm厚的700L汽车大梁钢热轧卷板强度偏低的问题,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对其显微组织和拉伸断口进行分析,研究板坯均热温度和均热时间对强度的影响。结果表明,均热温度偏低或均热时间太长是试验钢强度不合格的主要原因。通过优化板坯加热工艺实现了铌、钛碳化物的充分固溶,充分发挥铌、钛的析出强化效果,解决了强度偏低的问题。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low strength of hot rolled coil of 14 mm thick 700L automobile beam steel,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to analyze the microstructure and tensile fracture, and the effects of soaking temperature and time on the strength were studied. The results show that low soaking temperature or too long soaking time is the main reason for the unqualified strength of the test steel. The solid solution of niobium and titanium carbide is realized by optimizing the heating process of slab, the precipitation strengthening effect of niobium and titanium is brought into full play, and the problem of low strength is solved.
