退火温度对NbTiAlMoWZr合金板材组织和力学性能的影响

    Influence of Annealing Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of NbTiAlMoWZr Alloy Sheet

    • 摘要: 研究了退火温度对NbTiAlMoWZr铌合金板材组织和性能的影响。结果表明:该合金为单相固溶体合金,具有较好的加工性能。合金的再结晶开始温度约为900℃,高于950℃后再结晶基本完成,之后晶粒随退火温度的升高不断长大。退火温度对该合金的室温拉伸性能影响较大,随着退火温度的升高,合金的的抗拉强度和屈服强度均不断降低,而伸长率先升高,在950℃达到峰值后开始下降;退火温度对高温拉伸性能影响不明显;合金在冷轧态时为混合断裂,完全再结晶退火后则转变为韧性断裂,当退火温度较高晶粒长大后,则变为沿晶韧性断裂。综合分析认为,该合金在900~950℃退火可以获得良好的综合性能。

       

      Abstract: The influence of annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of Nb Ti Al MoWZr alloy sheets were investigated. The results show that, the alloy is a single-phase solid solution alloy and has good processing properties.The recrystallization temperature of the alloy is about 900 ℃, which is higher than 950 ℃, then the grain grows with the increase of annealing temperature. The effect of annealing temperature on the tensile properties of the alloy is great. As the annealing temperature increases, the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy decrease continuously, while the elongation increases first and begins to decrease after reaching the peak value of 950 ℃. The effect of annealing temperature on tensile properties at high temperature is not obvious. When the alloy is cold rolled, it is mixed fracture, then it is changed into ductile fracture after complete recrystallization annealing. When the annealing temperature is higher, the grain grows and becomes fracture along the crystal toughness. The comprehensive analysis shows that the alloy can obtain good comprehensive properties by annealing at 900-950℃.
