Abstract:
The influence of annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of Nb Ti Al MoWZr alloy sheets were investigated. The results show that, the alloy is a single-phase solid solution alloy and has good processing properties.The recrystallization temperature of the alloy is about 900 ℃, which is higher than 950 ℃, then the grain grows with the increase of annealing temperature. The effect of annealing temperature on the tensile properties of the alloy is great. As the annealing temperature increases, the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy decrease continuously, while the elongation increases first and begins to decrease after reaching the peak value of 950 ℃. The effect of annealing temperature on tensile properties at high temperature is not obvious. When the alloy is cold rolled, it is mixed fracture, then it is changed into ductile fracture after complete recrystallization annealing. When the annealing temperature is higher, the grain grows and becomes fracture along the crystal toughness. The comprehensive analysis shows that the alloy can obtain good comprehensive properties by annealing at 900-950℃.
