汽车用6063铝合金均匀化处理工艺研究

    Study on Homogenization Treatment Process of 6063 Aluminum Alloy for Automobile

    • 摘要: 采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)等研究了不同温度、不同保温时间的均匀化处理对铸态6063铝合金显微组织的影响。结果表明:铸态6063铝合金晶粒大小不均,枝晶间存在大量非平衡相,非平衡相主要为颗粒状的Mg2Si相和长杆状的Al FeSi杂质相。随着均匀化温度的升高,保温时间的增加,6063铝合金晶界上的非平衡相逐渐溶解,偏析逐渐消除。550℃×8 h均匀化处理的铸态6063铝合金偏析基本消除,晶粒均匀,该工艺为6063铝合金理想的均匀化处理工艺。

       

      Abstract: The effects of homogenization treatment at different temperatures and holding time on the microstructure of cast 6063 aluminum alloy were studied by means of optical microscope, SEM and EDS. The results show that the grain size of cast 6063 aluminum alloy is uneven, there are a lot of non-equilibrium phases between dendrites, and the main non-equilibrium phases are granular Mg2Si phase and long rod-shaped Al FeSi impurity phase. With the increase of homogenization temperature and holding time, the non-equilibrium phase on the grain boundary of 6063 aluminum alloy gradually dissolves and the segregation gradually disappears. The segregation of cast 6063 aluminum alloy at 550℃×8 h homogenization treatment is basically eliminated and the grain is uniform, which is an ideal homogenization process for 6063 aluminum alloy.
