金属基陶瓷复合材料在中速磨辊套及衬板中的应用

    Application of Metal Matrix Ceramic Composites in Medium Speed Grinding Roll Shell and Liner

    • 摘要: 介绍了金属基ZTA陶瓷复合材料的设计特点、磨损形貌以及中速磨辊套、衬板的材料结构设计特点,对比分析了堆焊工艺与金属基陶瓷复合材料辊套及衬板的运行效果与经济效益。结果显示:复合材料的“多孔状”结构设计有利于提高材料的整体耐磨性;金属基陶瓷复合材料辊套及衬板的耐磨性是堆焊高铬合金的2.7倍以上,将金属基陶瓷复合材料应用于中速磨辊套、衬板具有较高的性价比,能够满足电厂长周期检修的要求。

       

      Abstract: Design characteristics of metal-based ZTA ceramic composites, wear morphology and material structure design characteristics of medium-speed grinding roll shell and liner were introduced. The operation effect and economic benefit of surfacing welding technology and metal-based ceramic composite roll shell and liner were compared and analyzed.The results show that the "porous" structure design of the composite can improve the overall wear resistance of the material.Wear resistance of metal-based ceramic composites roll shell and liner are 2.7 times higher than that of surfacing high chromium alloy. The application of metal-based ceramic composites to medium-speed grinding roll shell and liner have high cost-performance ratio, which can meet the requirements of long-term maintenance in power plant.
