罩式退火温度对1500 MPa级热成形钢组织与力学性能的影响

    Effects of Batch Annealing Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 1500 MPa Grade Hot Stamping Steel

    • 摘要: 对酒钢生产的1500 MPa级热成形钢进行了不同温度的罩式退火工艺研究。结果表明:冷轧态钢板的微观组织为纤维状铁素体和变形的珠光体构成,实验钢的抗拉强度达到931 MPa,屈服强度达到852 MPa,伸长率仅为1.8%。随着罩式退火温度的升高,实验钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度均呈现下降的趋势,塑性得到显著改善。并对退火钢板进行热成形模拟实验,成形后微观组织由淬火马氏体和回火马氏体以及细小的碳化物颗粒组成。工业生产1500 MPa级热成形钢冷轧态钢板经690℃罩式退火4 h的力学性能为:抗拉强度474 MPa,屈服强度339 MPa,伸长率30.3%。最终热成形零部件的力学性能达到:抗拉强度1515 MPa,屈服强度1026 MPa,伸长率为9.7%。

       

      Abstract: A batch annealing experiment at different temperatures was carried out on 1500 MPa grade hot stamping steel produced by Jiugang. The results show that the microstructure of the cold rolled steel plate is composed of fibrous ferrite and deformed pearlite. The tensile strength of the test steel reaches 931 MPa, the yield strength reaches 852 MPa, and the elongation is only 1.8%. With the increase of annealing temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength of the test steel decrease, and the plasticity improves significantly. Thermal forming simulation of annealed steel plate is carried out, the microstructure of annealed steel plate is composed of quenched martensite, tempered martensite and fine carbide particles. The mechanical properties of 1500 MPa grade hot forming steel cold rolled steel sheet annealed at 690 ℃ cover for 4 h are that the tensile strength is 474 MPa, the yield strength is 339 MPa and the elongation is 30.3%. The mechanical properties of the final thermal forming parts: the tensile strength is 1515 MPa, the yield strength is 1026 MPa and the elongation is 9.7%.
