挤压温度对7075超高强铝合金组织与硬度的影响

    Effect of Extrusion Temperature on Microstructure and Hardness of 7075 Super High Strength Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用SEM、EBSD、维氏硬度计等研究了340~460℃热挤压对7075超高强铝合金显微组织与硬度的影响。结果表明:随着挤压温度的升高,合金变形组织逐渐减少,再结晶组织逐渐增加,合金晶粒平均尺寸逐渐增大。340℃挤压的合金晶粒最为细小,晶粒平均尺寸为3.43μm。随着挤压温度的升高,合金的硬度逐渐降低,其中340℃时挤压合金的硬度最大,为96.9 HV;460℃挤压合金的硬度最小,为87.6 HV。

       

      Abstract: The effect of hot extrusion at 340-460 ℃ on the microstructure and hardness of 7075 ultra-high strength aluminum alloy was studied by SEM, EBSD and Vickers hardness tester. The results show that with the increases of extrusion temperature, the deformation structure decreases gradually, the recrystallization structure increases gradually, and the average grain size increases gradually. The grain size of extruded alloy at 340℃ is the smallest, which is 3.43μm. With the increase of extrusion temperature, the hardness of 7075 aluminum alloy decreases gradually. The hardness of 340 ℃ extrusion alloy is the highest, which reaches 96.9 HV, and the hardness of 460 ℃ extrusion alloy is the lowest, which is 87.6 HV.
