S355J2W+N耐候钢T型接头全熔透焊接组织及性能的研究

    Research on Microstructure and Properties of Fully Penetrated Welding of S355J2W+N Weather-resistant Steel T-Joint

    • 摘要: 采用高频脉冲MAG焊和常规脉冲MAG焊两种焊接方法,对转向架焊接构架用SMA490BW耐候钢T型接头进行全熔透焊接对比试验。对焊后试件进行宏观观察和金相组织分析,使用维氏硬度计对试件进行硬度检测。结果表明:在两种焊接方法下,焊接接头的成型情况均良好,未出现未熔合、裂纹、气孔等缺陷,且焊缝根部出现“反熔”现象,根部熔合良好。高频脉冲MAG焊缝中含有大量的针状铁素体,且未观察到常规脉冲MAG焊缝中的侧板条铁素体组织;常规脉冲MAG焊过热区的晶粒更为粗大,两种焊接接头的硬度值均小于380HV10,符合焊接工艺评定的要求。

       

      Abstract: The two welding methods of high-frequency pulse MAG welding and conventional pulse MAG welding were used for the fully penetrated welding comparative tests of T-joint of S355J2W+N weather-resistant steel for bogie welding frame. After welding, the macroscopic observation and metallographic analysis of the specimens were carried out, and the hardness of the specimens was tested by Vickers hardness tester. The results show that under the two welding methods, the forming of the welded joint is good, there are no defects such as non-fusion, crack, porosity and so on, and the phenomenon of "reverse melting" appears in the weld root, and the root fusion is good. The high frequency pulse MAG weld contains a large amount of acicular ferrite, and the side plate ferrite in the conventional pulse MAG weld is not observed. The grains of the conventional pulse MAG welding CGHAZ are coarser. The hardness value of the two welded joints is less than 380HV10,which is in line with the welding procedure evaluation requirements.
