淬火温度对H13钢性能及残余应力的影响

    Effects of Quenching Temperature on Properties and Residual Stress of H13 Steel

    • 摘要: 在不同淬火温度下,对盾构刀圈材料高碳H13钢进行热处理,分别对其力学性能、耐磨性能、表面残余应力进行测试,并对金相组织进行观察;分析了不同淬火温度对其表面残余应力、耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:随着淬火温度的升高,高于1060℃时试样表面残余压应力平均值增大趋势明显;温度在1050~1090℃时其耐磨性能较好;高于1070℃时,冲击韧性下降明显;综合分析,淬火温度在1060℃时,试样具有较好的性能及合理的表面残余压力。

       

      Abstract: The high carbon H13 steel used for shield cutter ring was heat treated at different quenching temperatures. The mechanical properties, wear resistance and surface residual stress were tested, and the metallographic structure was observed.The influence of different quenching temperatures on the surface residual stress and wear resistance was analyzed. The results show that, with the increase of quenching temperature, the average value of residual compressive stress on the surface of the samples increases obviously when the quenching temperature is higher than 1060 ℃. The wear resistance is better when the temperature is 1050-1090 ℃. The impact toughness decreases obviously when the temperature is higher than 1070 ℃.Comprehensive analysis shows that the sample has good performance and reasonable surface residual pressure when the quenching temperature is 1060 ℃.
