核电泵轴用Z5CND13-04材料锻件热处理工艺改进研究

    Research on Improvement of Heat Treatment Process of Z5CND13-04 Material Forgings for Nuclear Power Pump Shaft

    • 摘要: 为解决细长泵轴在加工过程中的变形问题,对泵轴锻件材料的热处理工艺进行了改进,增加了稳定化热处理工序。对工艺改进前、后的泵轴材料进行了力学性能分析、金相分析、残余奥氏体含量分析和残余应力分析。结果表明,改进工艺减小了原材料内应力,降低了加工过程中因内应力释放而导致的泵轴变形,从而降低了机加工后泵轴的表面跳动,提高了泵轴加工的合格率。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the deformation problem of the slender pump shaft in the machining process, the heat treatment process of the forging material of the pump shaft was improved, and the stabilization heat treatment process was added. The mechanical properties analysis, metallographic analysis, residual austenite content analysis and residual stress analysis of pump shaft materials before and after process improvement were carried out. The results show that the improved process reduces the internal stress of raw materials and the pump shaft deformation caused by the release of internal stress during processing. Thus,the surface runout of pump shaft after machining is reduced, and the qualified rate of pump shaft processing is improved.
