Abstract:
In traditional manual welding scraper mechanical operations, there are problems such as difficulty in alignment of welds, complicated welding stations, and large welding fumes. In order to solve the above problems, a welding displacement mechanism of the scraper was designed, which is different from the traditional seat-type welding displacement machine. It is added with a first-level moving mechanism to realize the displacement of the weldment in the degree of translation freedom. The main mechanical structure design includes: worktable rotation mechanism, turning mechanism,moving mechanism, control system, frame, etc., which can realize the displacement of the worktable in the degree of freedom of turning, rotation and translation, which is convenient to accurately adjust and control the welding parameters of the workpiece, and greatly reduces the labor intensity.
