基于PLC控制的焊接变位机构设计

    Design of Welding Displacement Mechanism Based on PLC Control

    • 摘要: 传统的人工焊接刮板机械作业中存在焊缝难以对齐、焊接工位复杂、焊接烟尘大等问题。为解决上述问题,设计一种刮板机焊接变位机构,区别于传统的座式焊接变位机,它增设了一级移动机构,可实现焊件在平动自由度上的变位。主要的机械结构设计包括:工作台回转机构、翻转机构、移动机构、控制系统、机架等,可实现工作台在翻转、回转以及平动自由度上的变位,便于对工件的焊接参数进行精准调整与控制,极大地降低了劳动强度。

       

      Abstract: In traditional manual welding scraper mechanical operations, there are problems such as difficulty in alignment of welds, complicated welding stations, and large welding fumes. In order to solve the above problems, a welding displacement mechanism of the scraper was designed, which is different from the traditional seat-type welding displacement machine. It is added with a first-level moving mechanism to realize the displacement of the weldment in the degree of translation freedom. The main mechanical structure design includes: worktable rotation mechanism, turning mechanism,moving mechanism, control system, frame, etc., which can realize the displacement of the worktable in the degree of freedom of turning, rotation and translation, which is convenient to accurately adjust and control the welding parameters of the workpiece, and greatly reduces the labor intensity.
