Abstract: Super martenstic stainless steel 0Cr16Ni5Mo is a low-carbon martenstic stainless steel with excellent strength,toughness and weldability. The advantages and disadvantages of austenitic structure weld, ferrite structure weld, duplex structure weld and the weld with the homogeneous structure of 0Cr16Ni5Mo steel were systematically analyzed. The mechanical properties of the weld by the proposed 0Cr17Ni6Mo welding wire were tested, which shows that it meets the technical requirements. It provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for the welding of 0Cr16Ni5Mo steel.
